FRAUDULENT BUSINESS - They no longer answer the phone or return emails.Have no choice but to begin dispute process with my bank to get my money back.I will be reporting to BBB and the manufacturer that they do no seem legitimate.

Bought a Praxis bottom bracket earlier this year on the website and, according to my LBS, it had a manufacturing default because it was creaky and a little wobbly. I didn't want a refund, just a new BB and according to Praxis return policies I had to deal with GWB for a new one. After a couple of calls and messages (which were never returned) I explained the situation and was told that I would received eventually a new bb by the mail. Called back after a week to see if it was shipped and was told it would be tomorrow. It's been 4 months and I've never received anything. A waste of my time and money.

Got a bicycle stem for Christmas from this place. Unfortunately, it was the wrong item. Attempted to call for a refund/exchange - voicemail is always full. I've emailed through the website and just straight email three times and never received a response.I got through on the phone one time and was told I can return the item but they would send an email with the authorization. I wasn't surprised when I didn't receive anything. Multiple phone calls later and no one ever answers the phone.Would not recommend purchasing through this company.

I don't get bike parts from GWB; I buy Zealios products. The price is right and the delivery is fast. I placed my order in the morning before work and my product was waiting for me when I arrived home from work the next day.

Ordered from them September 2021, They charged my credit card but never shipped my parts. I sent countless emails and never had any answers. We're nearly april 2022 now and still haven't heard back for my order.
